Belsh is a municipality in Elbasan County, central Albania. The municipality was formed at the 2015 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities Belsh, Fierzë, Grekan, Kajan and Rrasë which became municipal units. The seat of the municipality is the town Belsh.
